In 2022 i had my son, lost my dad 2 months later, and lost my stepmom 5 months later. My dad has a house with a mortgage still on it. There’s only 68k left. I am currently trying to sell. Some inside repairs are needed done due to a roof leak that has been fixed, decks rebuilt, and various other things to increase the sale and help. I also am paying electric and water. I can no longer afford to pay those on top of another house payment (where I live). I had to pay a lot out of my dad’s small life policy and exhausted all the money from hail damage in 2023. I am now in debt. I also need to get my child’s father out of the house. He’s my only childcare which I cannot afford to pay someone currently. It’s just me and my son against the world and I want to be able to provide a better life for him. I’m asking for 200k for help with mortgage, debt, repairs, repairs on my current house so it’s not so cold.
