Hello my name is Karen,I’m a hard working woman. I’m 58 . I’ve had a difficult life . Meaning a lot of bad choices . I’ve been single now for 4years.i have been engaged a few times but none of the men I chose are worth marrying meaning they all abused me in one way or another.I finally am able to have my own place and I love this place I put life in this travel. Well the point being my landlord told me that she will cell me my place But 3 different times she has try to evict me I have always paid my rent on time.She has also told me she’s a woman of her word . That turned out to be a lie . Now I have to move if she cells. I’m so tired of worrying if I’m not gonna have my home.So I was hoping to be able to buy this place so I don’t have to worry about living in my car. I will never be able to find a place to rent for $600 that’s all I pay and there’s nothing like that out there anywhere else so I’m thinking if I offer her 30 to 40,000 it could be mine I so appreciate you taking the time to read this I’m just in tormoral I’m scared everyday I work I’m getting more wrinkles than I need and thank you again
