Story
After years of trauma and financial, verbal, mental, and emotional abuse, I’ve obtained an order of protection against my husband. Child support/alimony will not be ordered until the divorce is finally, and I’m struggling to make ends meet for my three children and myself. I’m completely cut off from my husband’s income, and he’s always been the primary breadwinner and paid the bigger bills. I work full time and I’ve been cleaning houses on the side to bring in extra money, but I’m just not quite making it.
