House needs these repairs in order to be deemed liveable:
Foundation repair._ The house sits on a hill and I was told that if the foundation wasn’t fixed real soon, that the house might actually slide down the hill.
Roof- The roof is over 10 years old and is leaking in several different places which has caused the drywall to cave in in the back rooms.
Floors- The floors carpet was pulled up and the floors are terrible. There are holes in the floor in a couple of different spots where the wood has rottened..
HELP.. My house is falling down.

Story
Hello..I am a 54 year old African American who is in need of repair help of my home. My grandmother passed away in Oct. ’22 from the Corona Virus. She left her home to me. What was once a lovely home is now on the verge of falling down. I was let go on my job of 3 years because I was given temporary custody of my 2 and 3 year old grandbabies. I have not worked (besides doing a little part time work ) since October of ’23 so therefore I cant afford to get the foundation, roof, are any thing on the house fixed. I am also a felon which makes it even more difficult to gain employment now that I was given child care.
