It took a moment of desperation—and a leap of faith—for me to come to a public platform and ask for help. Not because I’m ashamed, but because I’ve been afraid. Afraid that my story might not reach someone who truly understands how life-changing your support could be. But I’m here now, because I have nowhere else to turn. And I believe someone out there will hear me, see me, and help me cross this one critical hurdle: raising funds to purchase a reliable car so I can return to work.

💔 My Journey Through Pain and Perseverance

I’ve been battling Degenerative Disc Disease since 2013. It causes constant pain, nerve damage, and mobility issues. A severe vitamin deficiency has worsened my symptoms—sciatic nerve pain, neuropathy, restless leg syndrome, and fluid retention in my legs and feet. Even simple tasks like washing dishes or walking through a grocery store require me to stop and sit down repeatedly.

I worked full-time for 4½ years at my last job, pushing through the pain with over-the-counter meds and sheer willpower. But eventually, the pain became unbearable. I had no choice but to stop working and reapply for disability benefits. Because so much time had passed since my last claim, I had to start the process from scratch. I’ve already received a denial and am now in the appeals process, which could take up to 2½ years.

🛑 A History of Hardship

I’ve survived more than just physical pain. I endured years of domestic abuse—beaten, bitten, stalked, and mentally tormented. I lost custody of my children because the home became unsafe. I’ve been broken emotionally, mentally, and physically. I’ve known the kind of darkness that makes you question whether life is worth living. But I made it through. And now, I’m determined to rebuild.

🚀 A New Opportunity, A New Hope

Recently, I found a job that fits my physical limitations perfectly: Independent Contractor Delivery Driving. I’ve been working weekends using my daughter’s car, and it’s been a game-changer. I can sit between deliveries, take breaks when needed, and still perform well. In fact, I’ve maintained a 4.9-star rating!

I now have access to Amazon Flex and DoorDash apps and the drive to turn this into a full-time career. But my daughter, who’s an LPN, has taken a long-term contract out of state—and I no longer have access to her car. Without transportation, I’m stuck. I can’t work. I can’t earn. I can’t move forward.

🙏 Why I’m Asking for Your Help

I’m asking for help to raise $3,000 or less to purchase a dependable cash car—something simple, reliable, and affordable. This isn’t just a vehicle. It’s my lifeline. It’s the key to:

• Returning to work full-time
• Regaining financial independence
• Rebuilding my life after years of hardship
• Breaking free from dependence on government aid and my children

I’ve already saved several potential vehicles through a trusted app. I just need the funds to make the purchase.
