Hi, my name is Raven. I’m a mom doing everything in my power to keep life stable for my children, but right now I am overwhelmed and running out of time.
I’m behind on rent and struggling to afford groceries and basic household needs for the month. After paying utilities and the most urgent bills, there simply isn’t enough left. I have cut everything possible and stretched every dollar, but I’m still falling short.
On top of that, I currently don’t have reliable transportation. Not having a car makes it even harder to handle daily responsibilities, get to appointments, shop for the best prices, and work toward improving our situation. It feels like every step forward comes with another obstacle.
One of my children has special needs, and more than anything I want my kids to feel secure, cared for, and safe at home. Right now, I’m scared of losing that stability.
I never thought I would be in a place where I had to ask for help publicly, but I can’t do this alone.
Funds raised will go toward:
• catching up on rent
• groceries for my children
• toiletries and household essentials
• transportation needs as I work toward getting a vehicle
