Life Change Ministry is a registered non-profit organization in South Africa (NPO-090-057) since 2011. We operate mostly on humanitarian interventions in South Africa and DR Congo. Our self-funded organization has already impacted more than 10,000 underprivileged people in personal development/life coaching, family reunions & showers for the homeless, substance abuse-free for the addict, feeding & clothing, and guidance in job seeking & abused women, foods & medicines interventions in war zones (Kimpoko and Kabeya Kamwanga/DRC). Presently, the organization closed its physical address and is running its affairs virtually due to a series of security threats in Cape Town and Gauteng in South Africa.

Supporting the people of Goma/DRC in Foods & Medicines in Humanitarian Crisis Post-war
Story
DR Congo is a country that has suffered from war for almost 30 years. During the capture of Goma in January 2025 by the rebel group, close to 3000 people lost their lives with hospitals overwhelmed, the number of orphans had increased, the airport was closed, and many UN humanitarian services have difficulty accessing Goma as the rebel groups are sceptical towards foreign organizations, while access to basic foods and medicines has become a serious issue and the level of poverty has seriously increased. This initiative of our NGO “Life Change Ministry (NPO-090-057) aims to partner with an NGO based in Goma and a company based in Lubumbashi to purchase and supply non-perishable foods with medicines from Lubumbashi—contact (African Invest Networking with myself to travel from South Africa to Lubumbashi) which will be taken by a Congolese track to be handed over to two organizations: LA LUCHA/RDC who will be taking care of food distributions to families and individuals who are desperately in need, and Appel to Compassion to assist in supplying the medicines to some target hospitals who are in desperate needs of assistance.
Note that many UN Mission soldiers are treated from the same hospitals in Goma; hence, the world community needs to come and support the community of Goma, especially the people of good heart.
I know that some professionals would love to volunteer in trying to be physically in Goma, which we will not strictly recommend at this stage because the situation is still volatile, but we will rely on an NGO based in Goma to assist in the ground to be our hands and feet.
