The main objective for the fund raising is to finance land acquisition/real estate project.

Calling on compassionate investors,sponsors,financiers,individuals or anyone to come to our rescue by donating generously to our cause and all who donated shall be rewarded accordingly .

In order for On-Set and and Associates to achieve part of her goals,we were able to identify a fast developing area called ibeju lekki local council of lagos state nigeria,the said axis is a developing area which attracts lot of landmarks and viable projects like dangote refineries ,lagos state sea port,proposed new international airport ,power oil company ,dangote fertilizer etc

Hence our findings brought us to conclusion that the invention of these projects is going to bring a rapid development to the area in the nearest future which is definitely going to call for housing shortage

As part of our effort to cushion the housing shortage in the said axis,we decided to go on consulting the stakeholders in the affected communities to negotiate and acquire cheap landed properties,which shall be make into estates and be reselling as bear land or possibly develop some of the land into housing estates and made available for sale at cheap prices to citizens .
