I’m a single mom living in Uganda, Africa with two girls. My eldest is an 18 year old and my youngest is 11 years old. They have different dads, but both dads left when they were very young. The fathers have never provided child support for either of the kids. I have struggled and done all sorts of odd jobs to help them study, and provide them with the basic necessities but after COVID hit, our loves really changed. Money and jobs became scarce so I couldn’t afford to properly provide for my kids. My eldest hasn’t been to school since 2019, and my youngest has been home since the beginning of this year (2024) coz I have a huge debt at school. There are even nights when we sleep without having a single meal all day. Even when they get sick I can’t afford to take them to the hospital or at least buy meds. We are behind on rent for like four months now. I don’t know what to do. Please help me, any help is appreciated. God bless you.
