My parents are 79 and 81, respectively, and  I am losing my father to stage 4 liver cancer. I want to help ease his worries and buy the house and house for him so he and my mother can move into a smaller home and have their time alone. My son and I live with them and it hasn’t been easy for us. I am currently unemployed with a disabling condition. I applied for disability but in Canada, you have to be disabled or crazy to get their help. I am currently speaking to a lawyer and I’m going to get the help. I just can’t help my parents financially and I don’t want my dad to sell the house and property to a stranger where we lived there for 50 years. We moved there when I was a small child, we lived next door to my grandparents. Both grandparents are gone and my selfish aunt who never loved my uncle sold the property. We shared a driveway with my grandparents then my uncle and his selfish wife.

what I am looking for is around 5 million. I realize it is a lot to ask for but I can explain

1. I want to give my parents 1 million for the property and house.
2. I want to use at least 2 million of the money to build a bigger house and clean up the mess that is on the property. It is 24 acres of land and since my father’s health has deteriorated over the past 9 years, the trees are damaged from the elements, I want to build somewhere else on the property to accommodate my son and have room for my other two adult children to live there with me. I have a family of 8 ( I have three grandchildren too). It has always been my dream to own a farm so with the remaining 2M i want to start a small hobby farm. My goal is to live on the land like we did when I was a child. We had a garden that kept us in food for the winter.
