Hello, how are you? My name is Livy, and I’m a 23-year-old Brazilian woman. I’m engaged to Matt, the love of my life. We’ve been together since 2014. For years, we focused on enjoying life, growing together, and building our dreams. Now, after 11 years, we’re finally ready to take the next step and build a home together.

However, life had other plans. I recently lost my job, and suddenly, everything became much more difficult. Our dream was to renovate my mother’s house and buy a car to make our daily lives easier, but right now, even the renovation feels impossible. I’ve been actively looking for a new job, but the job market in my country is tough—even with a degree in Business Administration and years of experience.

I won’t lie; I worry about the future. But I believe in resilience, in the kindness of people, and in the power of asking for help when needed. That’s why I’m here, trying every possible way to move forward, including this one. I know my story might not be as heartbreaking as others, but if it touches even one generous heart, it will have been worth sharing.
