Story

As a musician (pianist), I just moved from Barcelona to a smaller city in Spain called Alicante. In Barcelona, I was part of a band and had a few gigs here and there during the summer. But when summer ended, no gigs were coming because we had most of our gigs on beaches. The other members returned to their regular day jobs, but being new in Spain, I had nothing to fall back on. I was told by a friend that if I moved to Alicante, I could get some day jobs that would pay per week. I did manage to get one of such jobs last week, a very hard labor work that I am not used to but because I needed the money I did it. However, what I was paid was not enough to pay my current rent that is due. I was told to wait and see if other such jobs would come up again. But while I wait, my rent is due in less than a week. My rent for this month is three hundred euros. Therefore here I am, hat in hand, asking for your financial help while I hope that another job will come up soon.
