I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing today with a heavy heart, as I find myself facing a medical challenge that has placed a significant financial burden on me. After the diagnosi, I’ve had to undergo [surgery/treatment/therapy], and while I’m grateful for the care I’ve received, the medical bills have become overwhelming.
