Imagine having your vehicle taken from your home without reason. Imagine being detained, searched, and mocked for asserting your rights. Imagine standing up against the system, only to find doors slammed in your face. This is my reality—and the reality of countless others.
On February 2nd and 3rd, 2025, I was unlawfully detained and my property was seized without explanation by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Despite filing complaints with multiple oversight agencies, I have been met with silence and obstruction. But I refuse to be ignored.
I am filing legal actions to challenge these abuses, including a Writ of Habeas Corpus, a Writ of Mandate, and a civil lawsuit demanding accountability. This fight isn’t just about me—it’s about setting a precedent to protect others from falling victim to the same injustice.
