Greetings of Generosity and Kindness!

My name is Niño Manuel, 41 years old, married, a father to a loving 10 Year old daughter, from Dau, Mabalacat Pampanga, Philippines. Back in the year 2021 I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Chronic Glomerulonephritis. As I slowly understand and accept my condition, I felt each and every day very tired and stressed knowing that my life will not be normal as it used to be

I have undergone treatments to prolong the function of my kidney, until this year my kidney function progressively deteriorated and completely loss its function. I was subjected to Emergency hospital admission due to chronic end stage renal failure complications resulting for me to undergo Hemodialysis (2) two times per week just to survive.

My doctor advised that a Kidney Transplant is the best option for my case. Having been subjected and hook up to a machine just to survive, Me and my wife decided to proceed with the kidney transplantation test requirements.

Doing so, I was blessed by my Wife who whole heartedly offered to be my organ donor, together we undergo Kidney Transplantation Work up Test procedures to check if we will be compatible for the major organ transplantation procedure.

By the good blessing and grace of our Lord, We are compatible and successfully completed all major test requirements and have been granted approval to proceed with the Kidney Transplant operation.

I am praying and hoping that by sharing my story, there are good people out there who could give us hope and donate any amount. The procedure requires financial support from God-sent individuals, heroes and angels like you to reach the required amount for a kidney transplant operation and post care. By doing so you will change and blessed not only 1 life but a life of one Family.

God has helped me in so many ways through all these years. Out test of faith was given and our obedience is being asked and tested, I know God still wants me to live with a purpose of having a second chance to be a good husband, father and individual. I keep believing in God’s goodness and faithfulness. He grants me more strength and hope. One day I can live my life like a normal person again. With God’s graces and timing, your PRAYERS, and Financial support, I know they can make it.
