hello my name is michael miller i had my electricity shut off almost 2 weeks ago because i could not pay my bill i tried to do payments but they wanted all of it so they shut them off now here i am with 2 kids im totally disabled also i have meats in my freezer also that i cant afford to lose so i told someone and they said he can hook me up on the sly so i said go ahead i know its wrong but what else can i do but right after he did this the power company came by and i got caught now they want me to pay for inspection of my meter which cost over$500 plus $1000 for bill i cant come up with this i tried everywhere no luck and with thanksgiving and xmas coming im scared i dont know what to do if anyone can please help me i will gladly make payments anything at all i cant stand when my boys see me cry   thank you
