I am writing this message with a heart full of hope and a deep plea for help. My name is Emma Siameto, and I am reaching out on behalf of my beloved father, who has recently been diagnosed with throat cancer. The diagnosis came late, and the doctors have advised that he needs to begin chemotherapy immediately. Unfortunately, my family is not financially able to cover the cost of his treatment.

My father has always been the strongest pillar in our lives. A humble, hardworking man who never hesitated to put his family first.
