1. My name is Alem, and I am asking for temporary help as my husband and I work to get back on our feet. Right now, we are living in a motel, but our funds have run out and we cannot afford the upcoming week’s stay. If we cannot pay $400 on Thursday before 1:00 PM, we will have to leave and will face homelessness. This money will cover our motel room for the week and help us buy groceries so we can eat and stay safe while we look for a more stable situation.
