I am the mother f 4.  My children range in age from my oldest 12 Katelyn, 5 Kayden, 3 Abigail, and Sophia 1 years old.

In december my kids father was arrested for driving with a suspended license. This was due to me having a medical condition that affected my ability to walk and that morning it was especially painful. I was unable to walk to the car. Therefor he said he could drive himself to work. That was the last time I saw him in person. He was arrested later that day on the way home from work for driving under suspension the 2nd and being on probation for the first offfense. He has been in pretrial detention since with a 26,105 dollar bail which is excessive seeing as the first offense bail was 7000. And given he is not a flight risk. So his bond would be 2610.50 exactly for the bondsman to get him released due to a law that specifically took effect decenber 8 requiring the full 10 % of bond for a bondsman to post a defendants bail. no payment plans no loan no collateral accepted. My credit was less than perfect which i have worked on to the point i now have 3 cards that i am reponsibly using only in emergencies one is a store card 1 is a credit building card that has usage restrictions and one real credit card for 300. I have been unable to save the amount for his bond. Being as he was the main breadwinner so to speak any saving i had has now been depleted and having 4 kids tht the 2 old enough for school require homeschooling work has been limited even moreso that my car is leaking coolant into the oil. I am struggling to make rent billls and would love to bond him out still no court date scheduled so hes just doing nothing sitting in there he still has a job at this point to go right back to same day hes released please.Please help i have a 800 light billl liheap says they dont have any funds to help yet rent and water 500 internet for hoeschool and work from home is 200 behind by a month. And to bring my kids dad home which is all they talk about now is 2610.50 . someone help the irs is holding my taxes till march 3rd from what i understand and i need the help this week or we will be missing kids dad and everything else going to be hard to live in a car with 4 kids especially when i cant move it quite yet . i can repay the help in a few months i just need a break with at least one thing preferably all of it but mostly rent and electic. please and thank you from my family. bless those who help others in need.
