Help me save my late mothers home
Story
Hi, my name is Dorothy Wolfe and I am reaching out with a heavy heart, hoping for kindness and support during one of the most difficult times in my life.
When my mother passed away, she left me our family home—a place filled with love, memories, and the comfort of knowing I would always have a roof over my head. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that she owed $4,200 in back property taxes, and I am now at risk of losing the only home I have left.
I am unable to work due to my health. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and a low-grade brain tumor (glial neoplasm), which make daily life challenging. Despite these hardships, I have fought to stay strong and independent, but this unexpected financial burden is more than I can handle on my own.
I am humbly asking for help to raise $4,200 to cover the back taxes and save my home. Any amount—no matter how small—will bring me closer to keeping the place my mother worked so hard for. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my story would mean the world to me.
