Dear friends, compassionate souls, and anyone willing to lend a hand,

My name is Marco Abat, and I never thought I would find myself in such a desperate and vulnerable position. Earlier this year, I made what I believed was a smart investment in Seataoo, a company that was legally registered with the SEC Philippines at the time. Like many others, I trusted their legitimacy and used a ₱1,000,000 bank loan to secure what I thought was a brighter future for my family.

But everything changed in June 2024, when Seataoo’s license was revoked. Suddenly, the money I worked so hard to invest was out of reach, leaving me with a crushing debt that I now struggle to pay. Every day, I wake up with the heavy burden of knowing that no matter how hard I work, the interest piles up faster than I can repay it.

As a Filipino air traffic controller, I am proud to serve in a profession that demands focus, precision, and responsibility for countless lives. However, our salaries are far from what our foreign counterparts earn, and while I work tirelessly, it simply isn’t enough to manage this overwhelming debt. My modest income supports my family’s daily needs, but this additional burden has pushed me into an impossible situation.

I am turning to you for help, not just to recover from this financial setback but also to turn my experience into a lesson for others. Part of the funds I raise will be used to educate others about how to avoid being victimized by online fraud, sharing my story to help protect vulnerable Filipinos from falling into similar traps.
