My name is Magnus, I’m an Illustrator, Graphic Design student and until November a Medical Interpreter, unfortunately the company I worked for went under and I lost my only source of steadily income. To this, I have to add an eviction notice for February, having now less than a month to get 3 months worth of rent to get a new place, since the owners are selling this apartment. There’s multiple things happening, because I haven’t had an income for 2 months already I have used all my savings to buy medication, cause I’m disabled, to buy cat food and some other household items. Now I’m running out of cat food, medication and money for food, so I’m becoming desperate. I live with my 2 elderly parents, one disabled and the other has gigs from time to time, and my little brother who is the only one with a steady job, and it pays barely minimum wage. I’m asking for 6k, to cover 2 months worth of rent for the guarantee, and 1 month of rent in advance. The place has to be close to my hospital, so I can continue on having free doctor’s appointments, and not have to pay transportation. The place has to either be a 1st or 2nd floor, or be no more than 4th floor with an elevator, because of my disability. The place has to be pet friendly, because I have my cat. It has to have at least 3 bedrooms, for 4 people, and be in suitable condition; humidity, structural damage, electrical damage could be dangerous for my elderly parents or for myself as a disabled person. Apart from that, the remaining money will be used for internet connection, the only way I can work, gas connection, the moving truck, since we wouldn’t be able to buy new appliances or furniture, and we would need to move the furniture, clothes, etc of 4 adults. And maintenance fee for the 3 months, since all buildings have maintenance fees.

My situation is dire, and I don’t know what else to do, since I keep on applying to jobs, searching for gigs but nothing goes through yet, the timing is really not helping. Please, if you can spare some money, if you can help me, please, help. I don’t have a way to crowdfund, don’t have thousand of followers on tiktok, or instagram, whatever other platform I can use for such things. I don’t have a way to burrow money, and again, I’m running out of cat food and medication… so please, help me.
