My name is Jack.

I was born to heroin addicted parents and moved around in foster care as young person, mostly abused.

When I was 10 my father committed suicide. My big brother was the next to commit suicide at the age of 17 when I was 13. At the age of 18 I had a child. He fell poorly one night and we took him to hospital but we were sent home with medication and when we awoke in the morning my 7 month old baby was purple and dead. He died from a misdiagnosis and had septicemia meningitis. After this I found out my other half was cheating and became homeless. Whilst homeless my little brother who had just turned 18 commited suicide. When I turned 21 I got into a relationship with a woman and after 5 years I received a letter through the letterbox from the police that told me my mother had committed suicide. The next day I found out my partner had been cheating on me and was having sex with my best friend – yet again I became homeless. I would like to ask for funds in order to fund well needed educational courses, pay built up debts which were acquired due to homelessness and pay for somebody to write a biography of my life.
