Story

John was recently diagnosed with stage four liver disease. He’s been in an out of the hospital the past several months. Within those months his son was born. Noah James was born 3 days after John was released from the hospital. John had recently started a new job at the social worker for a local nursing facility. He’s been doing this type of work for the last several years. He didn’t learn about his ailment until after he accepted and started the new position. With this diagnosis comes days where he is too sick to get out of bed. That has led to a lot of miss days of work and lost wages because he has not yet available for sick time or FMLA. With having a newborn and having medical costs of this disease lost wages have crippled is financial situation. Has become late on rent and all his bills. He works as many days as he possibly can but over the last few months the days that he has missed have had significant financial disruption. John and his family are asking for any type of donation that can assist in and providing for himself and his family. His disease kind of came out of nowhere they believe it’s genetic and his dad had a similar situation. There is hope for John there’s new treatments and transplants that a long him to live a long healthy life. But he needs help in this fight. If he can’t afford rent and food and his normal day-to-day bills he won’t be able to stand in and fight and he’ll lose leaving his son fatherless. I know if we are can help him financially he will put up a hell of a fight and will win so let’s help his son grow up with a dad. Thank you from John’s friends and family.
