My family of 6 needs some help with move in fees. Our current lease is up March 31st and we were just informed of the increase in rental price. We have renewed our lease here the past 3 years and rent has gone up each time. We planned to do so again but at this point, with the new increase, it will be a struggle to reasonably afford. We have found multiple options for cheaper places but they all require hefty move-in fees. We have some savings but with the timeline being so short, we won’t have enough to cover all of it.

My family has been through a lot the last 3 years, starting with a house fire that we have just now started to recover financially from. I broke my foot in that fire and couldn’t work properly for 8 months. My husband is a veteran with regenerative disc but in spite of that, we are both working full time and can provide and pay our rent. Just not when our rent is ridiculous and higher than most in the area. We are also in an apartment and have been since the fire. Houses in our area are cheaper to rent and we would really like to get our 4 daughters back into a house with a backyard.

Everything is verifiable with documentation if anyone wants that to prove we are real.
