Hi, my name is Erica and my business’s name is NiyLuxe Investment Group LLC, named after my daughter “Niyah” that passed away at age 12 due to Heart Failure/failed heart transplant. During our long medical journey I saw the need for homes away from home for families an of children traveling for life saving medical care. Lots of the time those families have to sacrifice money and comfort to be with their children. Those stays can be longer than expected and being Bedside for weeks and months at a time isn’t always the best option. I quickly realized that families like us need housing accommodations that provide a luxury, personalized experience to help in those tough times. This can make or break those situations. I remember sleeping on hard couches and chairs in those cold hospitals and sharing facilities with everyone and it added so much stress to an already tough situation. I plan to help solve that problem. Once I secure enough funding for my property management startup n secure multiple STR units, I will dedicate several of those units to families of children traveling for care. Unfortunately my salary in healthcare doesn’t support the funding needed. I saved up enough for licensure, permits, website etc. I appreciate any help given!
