A sad story of my life

Sad, Honest Mental Health Story
There are days I wake up already tired—not from lack of sleep, but from the weight I carry inside my mind. I try to be strong, but sometimes strength feels like pretending I’m okay when I’m really not.
I struggle silently with my mental health. Most people around me don’t see it because I smile, I show up, and I act “normal.” But inside, I feel overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally exhausted. My thoughts don’t rest. Even when I want peace, my mind keeps reminding me of my fears, my failures, and how alone I feel.
There are nights I cry quietly so no one hears me. Not because I want attention, but because I don’t know where else to put the pain. I feel stuck—wanting to move forward in life but feeling held back by emotional stress, financial pressure, and the fear that things may never get better.
I want help. I want healing. I want stability. I’m trying my best, but my best doesn’t always feel like enough. Asking for support is hard for me, but I’m at a point where I truly need kindness, understanding, and a little help to keep going.
Any support given to me is not taken lightly. It would mean hope. It would mean breathing space. It would mean knowing that someone, somewhere, believes my life is worth caring about.
