I recently left an abusive marriage of 5 years in Pennsylvania and am trying to begin a new life in Texas. I have been living with older family to heal and restart my life. Between mental health costs and inflation, I have not been able to have enough money saved up to pay for application fees, security deposit, or moving costs. I make enough money to maintain an apartment but I have to “get” the place to maintain it. Please can anyone help so that I can continue regaining my dignity and strength back and return safety, self-love, and normalcy back to my life.
