I am a disabled cancer survivor, prevention advocate, retired legal assistant, website creator single parent and grandmother and more, helping others for years and now I am in need of assistance. I used flex plan to pay my rent in 2 portions and this service sent several mixed messages for rent of February, 2025. I paid them for January rent advanced however and they told me pay my rent for February, which I did but became overdrawn now after Flex plan sent me mixed messages each day on their platform with issues they could not pay because property had no balance showing, rent was increased as of February after signing new lease. I am missing a portion of rent returned by my bank of $800. I have had several websites I created to generate income, however not one have produced income for me since 2017. I need a kind person or entity to help me out with this and other matters. I had energy assistance appointment on January 6, 2025 and payment has still not been paid to electric company which bill went very high during the cold weather here in Georgia, up to $200 per month additional of what I was accustomed to paying. I need help paying my auto insurance $350, which I need for other reasons including travel to doctor visits. My auto payment is due on the 21st of each month $380 after repossession fees were settled and deferred in October 2024.
