Help A Schizophrenic stay off the streets
Story
Two years ago I had my first psychotic episode that lasted 7 months and forced me to quit my job before I eventually admitted myself into a mental hospital where I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. At this point I had been out of a job for 7 months because psychosis had me terrified to leave the house. I was medicated with anti psychotics and started to do better. I tried to work a babysitting job in the summer of 2023 and I was still to vulnerable. I then tried to work as a paraprofessional again, as I did before the psychotic episode and once again, my schizophrenia ruined things for me. I was dealing with psychosis until I got the anti psychotic injection, I am doing much better now, and have just recently started a new job, but am in need of a cushion to support me in case I fall back. I work in the mental health field and I know how much financial stress can cause mental issues. I just need a leg up.
