We Need A Furnace

Hello. Our house went up in flames last year
My brother set the kitchen on fire
and we’re currently moving into a new place but it doesn’t have a furnace. It also doesn’t have a working washer, but there are laundromats. We are worried about going through the winter with no furnace and we’re running out of funds due to the amount of money we’ve already dumped into this place. The most important thing is that our cats stay warm and we’re very sure that if we light candles and use the ceramic bowl method, these cats will touch them and set themselves on fire while we’re away. We need a 75,000 BTU furnace and newer ones typically go for $800-$2000. It doesn’t have to be fancy. We just want everyone to stay warm this winter.
I don’t want them to stay in this house without heat.
