Hi, my name is Josh, and I’m reaching out because I urgently need your help to fund a legal psychiatric report amongst other evidence that will allow me to fight for justice in a case that has caused me unimaginable pain and suffering.

As a child, I was placed in the care of people who were supposed to protect me by DCJ. After hearing multiple complaints and the judge warning them of where they were putting me, never acted on it and left me there. Instead, I endured years of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse at the hands of rapists, murderers, and abusers. This trauma has shaped my entire life, leaving me broken inside beyond comprehension. l’ve struggled with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and severe emotional distress on a daily basis, while wondering how much time I’ve got left to “live”. I’ve never experienced real happiness, suffer from isolation, and have not been able to form healthy relationships due to the deep scars left by those years.

When I sought compensation from the government for what was done to me, I was hopeful that justice would finally be served. But instead of support, I was met with betrayal. The lawyers assigned to my case by DCJ were supposed to represent me, but it became clear they were working in the government’s best interest. They dragged the case on for 7 years when it was only meant to take 3, gaslighting me, and leaving out critical evidence that would have supported my claim. To make matters worse, they brought in a psychiatrist, known for supporting the government in cases like mine, who submitted a biased perjury based report that completely dismissed my experience to use as the main source of evidence.

Now, the system is trying to silence me. They don’t want this to go public. But I refuse to give up. I know there are others out there who have suffered the same abuse and manipulation, and I want to expose the truth.

I need your help to get an independent psychiatric report and gather as much factual evidence as I can that will stand up in court and give me a fair chance at real justice.

This report amongst other evidence will cost $10,000, and unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to pay for it on my own after years of being unable to work due to my trauma and being left on the pension.
