Story

My name is Selam Adhana, and I am the mother of three precious children — a 10-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a 7-month-old baby. Our lives were turned upside down by the Tigray war, which left us displaced, without income, and struggling to meet even our most basic needs.

As a mother, there is nothing more painful than watching your children go without food, shelter, or education. I am doing everything in my power, but right now, I cannot provide for them on my own.

This fundraiser is my call for help — to anyone with the heart and means to support a mother fighting for her children’s survival and future.

Safe and stable housing for me and my children

Nutritious food and essential supplies

School fees, materials, and uniforms for my 10- and 9-year-olds
