I find myself in an overwhelming situation, facing a credit card debt of Rs. 8 lakhs. My job is currently in jeopardy due to my company’s impending bankruptcy, which has already resulted in delayed salaries for years. I have relied on my credit cards to meet basic needs—medical emergencies and food for my family—while struggling to keep a roof over our heads.

Throughout my life, I have always believed in giving back to my community. Whenever I had the means, I supported my family, fed stray animals, and contributed to various charitable organizations, often without considering my own financial future. Unfortunately, my generosity has left me with no savings and has now put me in a dire situation.

I am not one to ask for help lightly, but I am reaching out to you in hopes of receiving assistance to pay off my debts. I promise to learn from this experience and never fall into the credit card trap again. The thought of being unable to provide for my family is unbearable, and I am struggling to see a way forward. Every month my credit card bill is increasing due to 25K interest and various late fees being charged on my cards but I am unable to even pay the interest portion alone such is the pathetic situation I am in currently. I have also asked for personal loans from various family members but all failed. I have also applied for a personal loan but nobody wants to give any loans to me as due to non-payment of Credit Card dues my CIBIL Score has gone down with massive failed / delayed payments being reported to my CIBIL by multiple banks.
