Repairing the ‘affordable work’ that was done.
Story
I’ve always just thought people are good and kind. I tried to take them to small claims yet with the amount of the contract it sits and sits. The mudroom wasn’t fully attached to the house. They didn’t properly put the walls and windows in. The roof leeks terribly by the electrical. And I can see outside under the paneling.
Add in how they finished the bedroom and left it. It frustrates me and sickens me. I am a single mom, we don’t not get child support (which has also been sent to the attorney general for court), we would really like to have a home that is put together. The expense is more than what I am able to save up for, we handle our bills, put food on the table, and keep the car running. As much as it should not be put off and isn’t considered extra it’s a large sum up from which is hard to save for.
pictures attached of the mudroom ‘attached’ to the house. As well the bedroom addition that was ‘finished’.
