Story
I’m a 16 year old female. I live with a single mother my elderly grandmother and my young siblings. My mom is the only income provider and her income is just barely enough for rent. We struggle to buy food and other necessities like clothes and self care products. Having grown up with little food and little fun, being teased for my smell or wearing the same clothes so often, I don’t want my siblings to be raised the same way. My mom is hard working and she just needs a little help. I’ve been trying to get a job for over a year now, but nobody wants a 15 let alone 16 year old working for them, especially with school being on the way. I know it’s a big ask, but I just want a little help.
