Hello my name is Rodger bingaman my wife is Stacy bingaman I have four children Amber Roger III Kierra and Chase Bingaman. My wife suffers from multiple medical conditions one is lupus and chronic fatigue syndrome and bipolar most days she does not get out of bed because of the pain and the stiffness she is disabled and cannot work she just recently applied for disability but it is a very long process and no outlook for money from disability in the near future. I was a police officer for 8 years at Williamsburg PA one day I was dispatched to do a house check for a intruder as I was walking around the house I slipped on ice and fell on my butt very hard I slid down a steep hill and smashed into a steel box I was in significant pain but I got up and I continued and finished my check I then went back to the barracks and inform my sergeant what had happened approximately 2 weeks later I woke up one morning and I could not feel my legs my two sons carried me to the car I went to the doctors they gave me a shot in my back within an hour I was able to start feeling my legs and walking again I immediately contacted my chief and explained the situation to him he then contacted the sergeant and the sergeant stated that I did not inform him of the accident and did not fill out the required paperwork (He was Lying). I knew nothing of the paperwork because the sergeant failed to inform me and I did report it to him. I went to my family doctor and my family doctor sent me for X-rays and MRIs and multiple tests and to see multiple doctors all doctors concluded that I am disabled and cannot work ever again. I loved my job and thought I would retire from being a police officer but unfortunately that is not what happened. I filed for my disability approximately 4 years ago and have been fighting for it ever since I have borrowed money off of family and friends and from the agencies that could help around my area but now I am at the point where nobody can help me financially anymore I am about to lose my home I get shut off notices from the utility companies every month and I can barely afford to put any food on the table Christmas is right around the corner and I cannot do anything for my family to top everything off our car just blew up and we have no transportation to get to doctor’s appointments etc. I will do anything to prove that I am a father and very desperate need of financial assistance my mailing address is po box34 McConnell’s Town PA 16660 my phone number is 814-907-6641 you can also find me on Facebook and see the multiple pictures of me and my family.
