Hi, my name is Sophie and I got stage 2 lipedema on my thighs, calves and arms. It is an incurable disease and a a long-term condition that causes abnormal fat buildup in the body. It is extremely painful and no diet or workout in the world can improve the condition, the diseased fat cells will just keep growing uncontrollably. The only cure there is, is to remove the fat through surgery. Insurance in Germany does not cover it even though it is an illness that every 10th woman is affected by. I already had a botched surgery in Czech Republic as surgery over there is much cheaper than here and after processing the trauma of it I now feel ready to have my next surgery. Unfortunately there is no way for me to pay to for it which is why I need your help. I believe that I deserve to live a healthy and happy life just like every one else and therefore appreciate every single one of you who is wiling to contribute to my healing.
