Hi my name is Birtina McClendon and I’m from Ohio  PLEASE I need help I was tricked into thinking I had a home after paying over 100,000 back in 2020 now 2025 me and my 6 kids and 4 grandchildren don’t have our forever home  . I trusted my kids ex foster parent who have been in my life for now over 20 years with my money for a home and now he took everything from us and embarrassed us by filling for an eviction forcing me to settle outside of court because I couldn’t afford a lawyer who believed me . I know what I did was stupid now looking back but my intentions were and still are to leave my kids a home they would always have refuge in . I honestly come from nothing so to save and actually buy a house was a dream come true I wanted something to leave my kids and he took that away from me I’m so hurt and disappointed but thankful because the  legal aid lawyer told me I would be lucky to get anything smh  yes I’m a black mother of 6 I had my twins when I was just 15 and 16 I got my ged at job corps in 2000 I had my 3rd child at 18 and my fourth at 21 and I honestly couldn’t dream of a world without them I lost custody the day my 3rd child was born because of domestic violence I didn’t know pulling me by my collar would cause my children to be taken but it happened and that’s how I met Shakwan and because my case was different then anyone else’s (they said I failed to protect my babies when they never was harmed) shakwan and his wife became my friends for many years 20 to be exact that’s why I trusted him now I’m homeless in need of an angel a hand please ion know what to do I’ve never been like this mentally unstable doesn’t even begin to explain I also have profs so please let me know what information you need (also this home was never mine because I do everything for my kids and it’s supposed to be in there name because tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone and I can’t tak it with me ) thank you for ready my story and may GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY EVEN IF YOU DONT HELP ME
