This is not something I want to do but here I am. Asking for help.

Im reaching out to ask for help for my niece. She’s been living with us for some months and I have been doing everything I can to get her health on track. Mental. Physical. Dental. The works.  My husband and I support her in every way. And her mother helps when she can.
I’ve finally gotten her into the dentist as her insurance gave me the run around. If you know anything about periodontal disease, it’s something you want to take care of immediately. And that was not done when they found out. I’m here now asking for help as her insurance is covering the cleaning to get the bacteria under control but she’s at risk of losing a tooth or two. The dentist and hygienist are saying she needs a “splint” until her gums are strong enough to hold those teeth in place and the cost is a little over $300.
this kiddo deserves to feel comfortable in her teeth again and I don’t want this disease to get worse and she lose all her teeth.
