Hello everyone my name is Robert I am a single father of three children currently on my journey to home ownership and stability for my family. Currently I take care of my three children and sickly mother living in a 3 bdrm home that is mostly livable but is all I can afford right now as my mother’s Medicare has been terminated. For the last year I have been working on my credit trying to save money and get things in order to purchase a home where we can be safe and comfortable which is not going well I have done the due diligence and have a required credit score but funding is short providing care for my mother and children hs tapped me out I believe I have found the perfect home for us with enough space and in great condition but need help funding the purchase I do what I can on my salary working daily doing overtime even using skills I’ve obtained through life as well as YouTube tutorials but it’s just enough for ends meat I make to much for gov assistance but to little to make any progress in this financial climate of 2025 so if you find it in your to donate to this cause I would greatly appreciate it thank you in advance
