So I’m an only child my name is Megan I live with my 75 year old mother in Beaverton, Oregon. We have fallen on bad times. My mom has an incurable cancer, multiple myeloma, and I have just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. We are so behind on our bills our water is set to get shut off in 4 days unless we pay the amount in the picture above. Please can somebody help us??
