Need help getting through major hardship
Story
Hello everyone!
My name is Jessica H. I was recently working two jobs to make ends meet until I fell at my side job in April, which caused me to be out of work due to a shoulder injury that I am still getting treatment for. I’m being told that it may be 1-2 months before I can go back. In the meantime, my full time job has now become a part time job because of multiple changes my boss made in the business that has caused us to lose more and more business each day; thus causing me to get reduced hours. On top of that my car got flooded out on Mother’s Day and I still have yet to get it back. First the insurance company was giving me the run around and now the delearship is giving me the run around. The car should have been totaled right from the start since the dealership had sent an estimate to replace the engine that was about the same as the value of the car, but the insurance hired a 3rd party Appraiser and that’s where the run around all started. This has put a huge damper on things because I can’t even try to get a courier job to help make ends meet… not to mention that I have no transportation to get to work, Dr appointments for my injury, or to run daily errands. I have no family here and very few friends since I’m new to the area. I’ve exhausted all my funds renting cars from time to time to take care of things. And now that I’m getting fewer and fewer hours at my day job, it’s finally taking a toll on me.
I’ve applied for multiple remote jobs but my internet just got disconnected and I have no money to pay for it. And I’ve also looked into starting a business online but I can’t afford to pay for my LLC. I have my D&B number, as well as my EIN, but I can’t do much without my LLC or any money to say the least. Now I don’t even think I’ll have enough to pay my rent or have money to be able to get my car out once it’s fixed. My rent is $825 and is incurring $5 fee daily from being late, my deductible is $1000 to get my car out, plus I need to catch up on my car note, which is $1536 for what I’m behind on, my internet is $105, and I need $400 to start my LLC, and I also owe on my health insurance, which is $132.
I’m really hoping there’s someone out there that will read my story and find it in their heart to help me in the darkest time of my life. I’ve always been a hard worker and managed to take care of myself, but all this happening to me all at once has put me in a major bind. I can assure you that once I’m able to get some financial help, I can rebound from this and that I will do whatever I can to repay the favor.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read my story.
Sincerely,
Jessica H.
