Hello,
My name is Jarvis Jolly. First, I am a God fearing man. I believe that Faith drives life in the right direction. I am married and have two young boys. I have been out of work on sick leave since October 29, 2024. I had only been working for two months before this happened. So, I had no sick time accumulated. I work as a corrections officer in a prison. It has been extremely hard supporting my family and I feel I have exhausted all avenues I have available to me. I have been in the hospital on two separate occasions with the final verdict being getting all five toes on my right foot amputated. I had to do 8 weeks of intravenous antibiotics at home… along with weekly appointments to the surgeon who operated on me still. I had pressure sores that became infected. I’m at least a month away from being weight bearing and being considered to return to work. It has been hard. I pray that God has given us sanctuary on this platform. Thank you in advance. God Bless!
