Imagine being a young girl who wants nothing more than to learn, dream, and build a better future,but every month, her period forces her to miss school because she cannot afford sanitary pads.

For thousands of girls living in remote and underserved communitiesin Kenya, menstruation is not simply a normal part of growing up. It can mean missed school days, embarrassment, isolation, and lost opportunities. Some are forced to use unsafe alternatives because they have no access to basic menstrual hygiene products.

We believe no girl should have to choose between her dignity and her education.
