Hello my name is Dwan Llanosierra, I am homeless,no family,no friends,no support. I am currently waiting for a decision from social security. I have kidney disease, Goiter, Thyroid disease, I need a bone marrow biopsy,I want to know if ANYONE can help me with any financial assistance so I can get food,pay for motel room and transportation to and from my doctors appointments.
