Hi my name is Joseph, If I’m being honest I’m a little embarrassed to ask for money but like the saying goes “closed mouths don’t get fed” So this is a brief description of my story…5 years ago I suffered a horrible divorce from my wife of 20 years I lost everything that I owned I lost my Job I became homeless and at first I was sleeping in my car but one day someone stole my keys and took my car they took all my belongs that I had left they got my car impounded and then I started having to sleep on the streets. Days turned into months, months turned into years in the blink of an eye because of this I haven’t been able to secure employment I’ve gone hungry most of the time I have no shelter and finally I was struck by a car while crossing the street in the crosswalk I tried to sure but because I was homeless no one would help me so it’s been rough I haven’t seen my kid in 5 years I my Dad passed away I haven’t seen my Mom in 3 years.. Well finally by the Grace of God I’ve caught a break I recently have had the privilege of being invited to stay in a transitional living home to help me get myself together but I can only be here 6 months so I need to get all my documents My Driver License, My social security card, my birth certificate, I need clothes to find a Job I need to get a vehicle and I need to save money to get a house by the time 6 months is up so it’s a blessing but it’s hard so I’m reaching out to see if there is any kind soul or souls who might be willing to help a kind person who down on his luck So I am praying that there is someone out there who would be willing to help me financially to move forward in a positive direction so that I will no longer be a disappointment to my children and my mother. My long term goals are to start as many small business as I can to help others and their families to achieve financial success this will be my way of paying it forward.
