I never thought I would need to ask for help like this but here I am. About 2 years ago my best friend lost his job due to downsizing. He struggled to find a job and, after desperately looking, decided to start something on his own. He had no support and dwindling savings and asked me if I could help him begin. He was embarrassed and ashamed like I am now but he had no choice and I was his last option to help his family. This was before increasing fuel prices and he started a hotshot business. Running everyday, working 14 to 16 hours he started and maintained a strong work ethic. Then fuel prices soared and along with them, insurance rates. We struggled to keep going but eventually the operating costs were too much.  When his business began to fail my finances began to fail as well. Struggling to keep finances and credit intact drained both of us. He finally found a job this week that could help him slowly recover but the damage has been done and im trying to get out of the hole I’m in. My attempt at helping someone close to me that I consider family has hit hard and im asking for anything that will help me get back on track. Anything helps and im very grateful even if you just took the time to read this post. Thank you sincerely.
