Hi I need financial assistance to help pay for food utilities and other daily life needs. The reason being is my mom just died and I was the one who have been there to take care of her and such for the past few years therefore I have not worked an actual real job in a while I helped my mom and she helped me back financially. I did not charge her to care for her she did not pay me for anything I did however she did pay my electric and my water bills and we ate our dinners together so we kind of teamed up on the groceries. The problem now is that her estate is in probate and my family as a gesture of trust waved our ability and allowed our brother to become executor. A little did I know that he had a hidden grudge against me which came out recently and is unwarranted undeserved. I spent the past 15 weeks and working and handling her property and maintaining her home and handling her personal items in order for them to be given and or sold and he is refusing to pay me for my time put in for hours worked. I would have done this for free and not expected any payment had I have and not expected any payment had I another source of income however I do not. I put off all that stuff to be at my mom’s beck and call to make sure that she had the things done for her that she needed and it was understood in the beginning that there would be some compensation for anything after she passed. My brother has not held true to his obligation or promise to my mom to make sure that I was taken care of until her estate could be dispensed to The heirs. If I could just get a little financial assistance once my mom’s estate is distributed between The heirs I promise I will do the same thing for someone who needs help through this website. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
