I don’t know how this works, but I’ll try anything. Basically my family (my adult sister and I, mom, dad, my kid, and his dad) have been relying on one or two cars for a really long time, and we seem to be cursed. Anything bad that can happen, usually does, and we can’t really afford it.

We spend everything we have fixing what crappy cars we are dealing with just for them to turn around and have a new issue. We are down to one car and today the alternator went out.

We live in a little town away from everything and transportation is necessary. Other means of travel are difficult because in the summer it gets as hot as 112 degrees and it’s horrible. The AC in whatever car we have always goes out too.

None of us have ever had a new car or even a car from a lot. We all work and yet we can barely make ends meet. I even had to move back in with my parents because of transportation and trying to pool our resources to get by.

Pleassssseeee someone help me get enough to buy just ONE reliable, decent car that’s not 20 years old. I can’t stand worrying about how everyone is going to get where they need to go, especially in this heat….

I also just put whatever for a goal bevause I don’t even know what I’d need to buy something dependable.
